Terms of Service

1. The service

Lantern AI lets you generate short videos (script, voiceover and scenes) using artificial intelligence. Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or imperfect.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything created with your account.

3. Your content

You own the videos you create and may use them commercially. You are responsible for checking that what you publish is accurate and lawful. When publishing, label content as AI-generated where platforms or laws require it.

4. Not allowed

You may not create content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, harassing, that impersonates real people without consent, infringes someone's rights, or spreads deliberate misinformation. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Unused videos roll over while your account exists. Plan changes take effect from your next billing period. Payments are processed by our payment partner, who may appear on your statement.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU)

By starting to generate videos immediately after subscribing, you agree that the service begins right away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the used period.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
